Cathy comes from Long Beach, CA with an AA Degree from Cerritos Community College. When she and her family moved to Reno, NV in 1995 she became involved in real estate as a script writer for a top-selling residential agent’s “talking houses”. Cathy was soon hired as a part-time assistant. When Cathy’s family moved to Las Vegas in 1999, she continued to be drawn to real estate when she was sought out by an independent investor/broker needing a licensed assistant.
Cathy got her license in 2000 and her property management permit just a few months later. She served as property manager for close to three years, managing and leasing retail, industrial, commercial and professional properties.
Cathy moved on to become a full-time agent in the commercial/industrial arena in 2003, pre-selling over $8 million dollars of Carey Industrial Park buildings within six months, along with handling the needs of her lease clients. She has leased over 50,000 SF of commercial and industrial properties, and has proven to be instrumental as a member of the Nevada Development Authority in finding new locations for the smaller businesses transferring and/or expanding from out of state.
