Albright Callister & Associates, LLC

Doug graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with
emphasis on Finance and Real Estate from the University of Nevada,
Las Vegas. He has focused his career in the commercial real estate
profession exclusively since 1982.

Doug has been instrumental in bringing a significant number of out of
state companies into the Las Vegas market as well as expanding or
relocating many local companies to build, purchase or lease existing
space. He has completed transactions totaling approximately $200
million worth of sales and leases.

Doug began and spent the first 15 years of his Real Estate career with CB Commercial, now CBRE. While associated with CB Commercial, Doug was consistently one of the top five salesman in the Las Vegas Office, was the recipient of numerous sales awards and was ultimately promoted to the position of First Vice President.

In partnership with Paul Callister, Doug formed Albright Callister &
Associates, LLC. in 1997. Albright Callister & Associates quickly became one of the leaders among commercial real estate brokerages in Las Vegas. Doug has a great reputation as a Broker who helps his clients succeed.

Doug has been actively involved in procuring tenants for and the sales of investment properties, land, industrial, and office properties.
